Is RecoveryOS only for pet recovery?
No. Pet recovery is the entry vertical because it's where the workflow is sharpest — but RecoveryOS runs missions, client comms, billing, and Recovery Radar for search & rescue, wildlife, construction, utilities, real estate, insurance, and government work too.
Does RecoveryOS take a cut of my revenue?
Never. RecoveryOS is software, not a marketplace. Your call-out fees and contract payments go straight to your own Stripe, Square, Venmo, Zelle, cash, or check. We're never the merchant of record.
What is Recovery Radar?
An opportunity-intelligence layer that surfaces geo-located drone-work opportunities and scores each one for your operation by distance, capability, and revenue — so you spend time on the jobs that fit best.
Where do Recovery Radar opportunities come from?
Through opt-in, compliant sources — manual imports today, plus approved public APIs, government feeds, pet databases, and connected business accounts as you enable them. No scraping, ever, and you always see the source.
Is it really multi-tenant and white-label?
Yes. Every agency is an isolated tenant with its own branding, colors, domain, contact info, and operator profile. Your clients only ever see your brand.
Do I need expensive equipment or telemetry?
No. Start with a search perimeter and a GPX flight path or manual log — it shows on the owner's map immediately. Live telemetry and DJI integration are on the roadmap for when you want them.
Can I try it before paying?
Yes — run real recoveries on a free pilot before you pay anything. We're onboarding a small group of design-partner operators now.
Will my clients be confused by the software?
Owners get a dead-simple portal: status, updates, map, and payment. No logins to manage, nothing technical. They just see that you're actively working their case.
